Shriram Properties Acquires Prime Land In Yelahanka For Rs 200 Cr Villa Project

Shriram Properties (SPL), one of South India’s leading residential real estate developers, has announced the acquisition of a prime ~5-acre land parcel in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru. The company plans to develop a premium residential complex comprising row houses and villas, with a gross development value (GDV) estimated between Rs 200 and Rs 250 crore. The project is slated for launch in the second half of FY26.
Situated in one of North Bengaluru’s most desirable micro-markets, the proposed development is set to become a landmark residential community.
