Godrej & Boyce Contributes To Development Of Mumbai’s First Multi-storeyed Mazgaon Court Building

Godrej & Boyce, the flagship company of the Godrej Group, announced that Godrej Electricals & Electronics has successfully completed the MEP works for the new Mazgaon Court Tower in Mumbai. The building will house 21 magistrate courts and 21 sessions courts, with three magistrate courts from Ballard Estate being shifted to the new premises. 

The successful execution of this project by Godrej & Boyce in partnership with PWD showcases how public-private partnerships can be leveraged to achieve common goals in India’s infrastructure development. 

The New Mazgaon Court building is the first multi-storeyed high-rise judicial structure in Mumbai that boasts 17 floors, 46 court halls and advanced amenities including fire alarms, CCTV, and centralized air conditioning. 

Godrej MEP's seamless execution of MEP works, comprising Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting along with CCTV and Fire Alarm Systems within the scheduled timelines, underscores the company's unwavering dedication to executing complex infrastructure projects with precision and efficiency.
