Smartness comes from two things, one from the design of the city and other from the smart solutions using IoT. Smart Cities are Intelligent Communities where technology is going to be built in every operation of the city whether it is the smart homes, office spaces or retail. The cities have to be both, design which is citizen centric and IoT-led technological solutions.
