Private Public Partnership is the vital element in partnership with the government for the development of a smart city. As the city government has policies but they do lack in terms of adequate infrastructure. There is a lot of technology, smart infrastructure and man power required for building a smart city which can easily be provided by private players, says Arun Mahesh Babu, Dy.
